Troubleshooting iPhone Mail

Using your iPhone to handle all of your inboxes can really minimise the time you spent managing your business. Unfortunately, by default the Mail app does not store sent items on the server. This is an issues because any emails sent from the device will not be shown in the sent folder in your cPanel webmail.

Therefore, we advise changing the default to store all sent messages on the server.

  • Firstly, go to the Mail application and click Mail.
  • Afterwards, click accounts and then the account.
  • Under, IMAP or POP3 click the account and then click Advanced.
  • Under Mailbox Behaviours, click Sent Mailbox.
  • Finally, make sure both On my iPhone & On the server are checked.
