Upgrading/Downgrading an Account

The Upgrade/Downgrade an Account option is to be used when you wish to change the domain's current package to a new package with different limits.

The first step is to log into your WHM using the login details supplied in the Welcome to ZZ Hosting email.

Then, click on the "Upgrade/Downgrade an Account" option.

The next step is to select the domain you wish to upgrade/downgrade (1). Once you have selected the domain, click on the "Modify" button (2).

Now you will need to select the new package for the domain (1) and then click on the "Change" button (2).

You have now succesfully changed the package for the domain.
