Setting up a Mail Account in Outlook Express

Open your Outlook Express program and click on the Tools button in the Menu Bar and then click on Accounts.

 

Next click on Add --> Mail... This will bring up the Internet Connection Wizard window which will help you setup your mail account.

 

 

Next enter in Your Name as you would like it to appear in the From field for your emails. After that, click on Next.

 

 

Next enter in email address. Then click on Next.

 

 

Then enter in the incoming and outgoing mail servers. These should be mail.yourdomainname.com for both. Click on Next.

 

 

Next enter in your email account username and password (These are created by you when you setup the mail account in CPanel). Click on Next. Note : The username is in format username@yourdomainname.com

 

 

Click on Finish and you are done.
